Here’s a look that’s more activewear than leisure as part of my athleisure series on MoreThanTrends. This outfit is perfect for when you’re a little early for spin and need to kill some time at the Booksamillion across the street looking at fashion or running magazines. Or when you need to pick up some groceries on your way home and/or decide to make an impulsive stop at Target. Either way, this totally works.
Shout out to Jackie at Roll for the fab shirt! It went perfect with my sweater from Mimosa Boutique that I snagged months back at one of their collaborative events of spinning and shopping. I wear this sweater like a coat because it’s just that warm and goes with everything. (Though I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m pretty sure it would look chic with a slip dress, wrap belt, and black boots.)
These leggings are awesome because they’re reversible. (Yeah, reversible.) One side is an energizing cobalt blue. The other, obviously, is a slimming black which I chose for a more monochromatic look. Designer sneakers are quite the rage right now, but the majority of them are for
street-style cred leisure, not actually going to the gym–that’s why I love these Stella McCartney x Adidas sneakers. They’re stylish, sleek, and totally gym appropriate.

P.S. Propel’s “Black Cherry” water is my go-to for hydration, but I like the majority of their flavors. And Kind Bars are perfect for a pre- or post-workout snack. I’ll usually throw one in my bag when I’m on the go. They’re delicious, packed with protein, and have less sugar than some of the alternatives. Pictured below is “Caramel Almond & Sea Salt”.
